Ambulatory Systems Development, LLC (“ASD”) is a national healthcare services firm specializing in the development and management of Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs).
SBCC’s investment was to support the acquisition of a minority stake in Phoenix Spine Goodyear (PSG), an Arizona-based ASC specializing in minimally invasive spine and joint surgery.
Earth Lab Holdings consists of Wise Woman Herbals (“WWH”) and Superior Labs (“SL”).
WWH manufactures a professional product line comprised of 325+ botanical supplements that are handmade in their FDA-inspected herbal manufacturing facility.
The Company sources its plants from small local farms and use only the finest organic, biodynamic, ethically wild crafted and best quality plants, and tout numerous certifications for their quality and safety standards.
It manufactures all products at its facility from purchased raw materials and ingredients, and packages and labels them for distribution and sale.
SL sells premium-quality nutritional supplements, differentiated by their absence of artificial additives, high concentration of active ingredients, and manufacturing quality.
In channeling product sales through online retailers such as Amazon and Jet.com, SL manages to both streamline their operations and develop a strong web presence for their products.
Coastal Painting Company is a single-source solution for painting and maintenance services that protect and beautify homes, businesses, and communities. Coastal has three divisions: Painting, Roof Cleaning & Treatment, and Maintenance. Coastal Painting specializes in full maintenance pressure cleaning and roof cleaning using Roof-A-Cide® a patented, EPA-approved product, as well as pressure cleaning of sidewalks, driveways, gutters, curbs, and common areas.

SBCC’s term loan enabled the founder and owner to buy out a minority shareholder and provided working capital as the company expanded its team and service area.
Imaging Supplies Consolidation was created through the combination of International Toner Corporation (ITC) and Cartridge World North America (CWNA).
ITC is an STMC certified manufacturer, distributor, and recycler of toner cartridges and related imaging supplies. Since ITC’s founding in 1981, the company has grown to the largest manufacturer of compatible printing supplies with operations exclusively in the United States.
Cartridge World operates nearly 230 franchised retail store locations in the United States. The brand and franchise are internationally renowned for high-quality ink and toner products, with the company's locally owned and operated full print solution providers expanding their product and service offerings extensively over the past 18 months.

Northern Rockies Medical Center (or "NRMC") is a “critical access” full service hospital and clinic servicing the medical needs of the residents and visitors to Cut Bank, Glacier County and the surrounding area.
There are approx. 13,000 residents in the area, with the hospital caring for an average for 50 patients a day.
Pinnacle Physicians Network P.A. (or "PPN") provides urgent care, family care, and physical therapy services to the local Charlotte community. `
